Training Rates

Free Training & Discounts

A lot of our training is free to individual volunteers and active citizens. Training is also free to Southwark-based groups with a turnover of less than £10,000 per annum. Bursaries are available for Southwark-based groups working with mental health.

Discounts are also available to members of Volunteer Centre Southwark. Groups can become members for free. Membership has many benefits, including voting rights at the AGM, invitations to awards and recognition ceremonies and peer support at volunteer management forums.

The early-bird discount is available if a training course is booked more than one month in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the place to someone else.

Up to one month before the course date: 100% refund of fees/deposit

Up to two weeks before the course date: 50% refund of fees/deposit

Cancellations made after this point: No refund given. Full booking fee/deposit will be kept, to cover our costs.
